Problems in Millennial Parenting Phenomenological Study in Indonesia

This study aimed to describe the problems in parenting Millennial generations and solutions done by their parents caregiving. It was qualitative research. The informants of this research were families; fathers, mothers, children millennial generation age namely mothers fathers as primary secondary informants. Criteria whose born between 1995 2010. Then those who are closely attached technology (mobile phones, tablets, computers, etc.). There 4 mother main data collection technique a semi-structured interview. collected through voice recording devices using mobile phones stationery. Data triangulation techniques used credibility testing. finding, it could be concluded that found some liked play such they become handphone addicted, difficult control, lazy, stubborn. Their lazy habit started from intensive use phones. They discovered many more interesting things virtual world than real world. As result, when ordered them do something, procrastination on requests because did not want miss cell Problems arising care come internal external influences. influences can guilt themselves, last education achieved insight knowledge. Lack into becomes its obstacle. Parents low understanding would find keep up with is era for master it. On contrary, influence comes environment culture around family.
